How long have you been in business?
Since 2001, twelve and a half years. We are locally owned and operated and only here in Tucson.
What is your primary product or service?
HVAC that is heating, ventilation, air conditioning sales, and service contractors. We service and sell most makes and models including most all the big companies. And we finance!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Robert and Steve first met while working for another big company, which has long closed up and moved on, or changed their name, and just got tired of getting the short end of the stick, because they always were the best at what they did, and finally came to the conclusion that they should start their own company, because they knew what they were doing realistically. That was when they formed Ambient Air almost twelve and a half years ago. Since then a lot of tough times have come and gone, but our employees have all learned that these two guys are two of the best people to work for and our business family has grown to in size by treating the customer the way we would all want to be treated.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We try a few different things, I think our customers will tell you why we are different. We must do something to get an A+ rating from the BBB for all this time! Most companies don't have that rating!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one location, we travel to the customer.

Most Days 8AM-4PM Sat & Sun Emergency Service for our customers within 24 hours
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The other day a lady wrote on one website how she thought we were so great because we did not pressure her into buying, she loved our service and her new air conditioner worked great now, and wrote to tell us. She had taken 2 years to decide on her new unit. Now that's no pressure sales!
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, But by the number of moments that take our breath away!
